Acceptance
By using the Potato Mart website, creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us, you agree to these terms and any policies linked from the website.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account and contact information, keep login details secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised account use.
Product information
We aim to keep product names, images, prices, availability, storage information, and promotions accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct errors and contact you if an order is affected.

Cold and perishable products
You must collect or receive chilled, frozen, short-dated, or perishable products promptly and store them according to the product instructions.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We may not be able to cancel an order that has already been packed, dispatched, delivered, collected, or otherwise fulfilled.
Refunds and consumer guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies where required by law, including repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or compensation depending on the issue.
Change of mind
We are not required to provide a refund for change of mind, incorrect selection, or a change in personal circumstances, but we may choose to assist where reasonable and lawful.
Liquor
Alcohol must not be supplied to or purchased by anyone under 18. We may refuse or cancel alcohol orders where age, identity, delivery, licensing, or legal requirements are not met.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, scrape content at scale, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
