Delivery and pickup
Delivery, pick-up and returns
Delivery is priced per address and per time slot and settled at checkout, so this page explains how it works, where we deliver, how pick-up works, and what to do if something is wrong.

How does Potato Mart delivery work?
Potato Mart delivers groceries to addresses across Australia, and you can also collect your order yourself from A7/2A Westall Rd, Springvale VIC 3171 (Hallmarc Business Park). You choose delivery or pick-up at checkout, where the address, the delivery date and window, and the delivery cost are all confirmed before you pay.
Where does Potato Mart deliver?
We deliver to Australian addresses, and you can also collect your order yourself from A7/2A Westall Rd, Springvale VIC 3171 (Hallmarc Business Park). To check your own address before you shop, open the expected-delivery button in the site header and enter your suburb and postcode: it shows the next delivery date available for that area, or tells you when there is none. Availability is checked against the suburb, postcode and state you enter, so check the address the order will actually go to rather than a nearby one.
How much does delivery cost?
There is no single flat delivery fee, because delivery is priced per address and per time slot, so the amount is settled at checkout once you have entered your delivery address and chosen a slot. The order total in the checkout review panel is recalculated by the server whenever you change the slot, and once more before the order is placed. Choosing pick-up instead books no delivery slot at all.
When will my order arrive?
Your order arrives in the delivery date and time window you select at checkout, which the delivery service then confirms. Available dates and windows depend on your address, so open the expected-delivery button in the site header for a preview, then pick the exact slot during checkout. Delivery cannot be selected without an available provider time slot; choose Pick-up instead when collection is offered. Pickup and delivery options depend on location, stock, operating hours, courier availability, weather, and public holidays. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
How are chilled and frozen items handled?
Chilled and frozen products carry a storage badge on the product card and the product page, so you can see which items need cold storage before you order. You must collect or receive chilled, frozen, short-dated, or perishable products promptly and store them according to the product instructions.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes. Choose Pick-up as the fulfilment method at checkout, then collect your order from our warehouse at A7/2A Westall Rd, Springvale VIC 3171 (Hallmarc Business Park), with no delivery slot to book. The pick-up location and its details appear on the checkout page as soon as you select that method. Pick-up is open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat & Sun 11am-6pm, at A7/2A Westall Rd, Springvale VIC 3171 (Hallmarc Business Park). These are our trading hours, so the same times appear on the Contact page and in the site footer.
How do I return an item or ask for a refund?
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies where required by law, including repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or compensation depending on the issue. Contact us at info@potatomart.com.au with your order number and a clear description of the problem, plus photos of the item and its packaging where you can take them. Your order number is on the order under Orders in your account, and telling us as soon as you notice the issue gives us the most room to put it right. You can also open the order under Orders in your account and use Request full refund, which submits the whole order for review; anything less than the full order is arranged with us directly.
We are not required to provide a refund for change of mind, incorrect selection, or a change in personal circumstances, but we may choose to assist where reasonable and lawful.
