Potato Mart Melbourne pickup

Choose Pick-up at checkout and collect the order yourself from our warehouse at A7/2A Westall Rd, Springvale VIC 3171 (Hallmarc Business Park), with no delivery slot to book. Pick-up asks for a contact name and number instead of a shipping address, and collection is during our trading hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat & Sun 11am-6pm.

   Choose Pick-up as the fulfilment method. No delivery slot is booked and the expected-delivery section leaves the page, because a collection is not scheduled by the delivery service.

   Confirm who is collecting

   Pick-up replaces the shipping address with a short contact section: a contact name, which is required, and a contact number. Your billing address, email address and an optional order note are still asked for below it.

3. Step 3

   Check the pick-up location

   The pick-up location appears on the checkout page as soon as you choose Pick-up, naming the warehouse and printing its address. Orders are collected from A7/2A Westall Rd, Springvale VIC 3171 (Hallmarc Business Park).

4. Step 4

   Collect during trading hours

   Come during our trading hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat & Sun 11am-6pm. Your order number is on the order under Orders in your account, and chilled, frozen and short-dated items should be collected promptly and stored as the product instructs.
