How to use a coupon

Enter your coupon code in the cart or in the wallet and savings step at checkout. One coupon applies at a time, a coupon and a voucher cannot be used on the same order, and the discount appears as its own line in the checkout review panel.

1. Step 1

   Enter the code in your cart

   Open your cart, type the code into the coupon code field and apply it. The cart then names the coupon it is holding and offers to remove it, because a cart holds one coupon at a time and applying another replaces it.

   Or apply it at checkout

   The wallet and savings step at checkout has the same coupon code field, so a code you were given late still gets in. If your account already holds coupons, they are listed there as eligible coupons and one tap applies one without any typing.

   Choose either a coupon or a voucher

   A coupon and a voucher cannot be combined on one order: while a coupon is applied the voucher list is disabled and asks you to remove the coupon first. Membership points and gift cards are not part of that choice and can be used alongside either one.

4. Step 4

   Check the discount in the review panel

   The review panel lists the coupon as its own discount line and recalculates the final payable total, which the server recalculates once more before the order is placed. A coupon shown as selected but taking nothing off has not met this order's conditions, so remove it and try another.
